ProductizeDesign (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the AI Business Qualifier tool and the website at productizedesign.com. We are an AI automation agency helping businesses discover and implement intelligent automation solutions.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our AI Opportunity Scorer, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

When you use our AI Business Qualifier tool, we collect the following information:

• Full name — provided when you unlock your AI Opportunity Report
• Business email address — used to deliver your report and for follow-up communication
• Company name — used to personalise your report
• Industry and sub-industry — used to tailor the AI analysis to your sector
• Company size — optional, used to contextualise the scoring
• Current manual processes and target outcomes — optional, used to improve the accuracy of the AI analysis

We do not collect payment information, government-issued IDs, or any sensitive personal data. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this tool.

We use the information you provide solely for the following purposes:

• To generate and deliver your personalised AI Opportunity Report
• To send your report to your email address immediately after completion
• To follow up with you about our AI automation services, where you have expressed interest
• To improve the quality and accuracy of our AI scoring model over time

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

When you submit your name and business email to unlock your report, you will receive one transactional email containing your full AI Opportunity Report. This email is sent immediately and is not a marketing email.

We may reach out separately to discuss how ProductizeDesign can help your business — however, we will never add you to a mailing list or send you unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent. You can opt out of any follow-up communication at any time by replying to our email or contacting us at hello@productizedesign.com.

Your submitted information is stored securely in an encrypted database hosted by Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure provider. Access to this database is restricted to authorised ProductizeDesign personnel only.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. We do not store your data on local servers or unencrypted storage systems.

We retain lead information (name, email, company, score) for up to 12 months from the date of submission. After this period, data is permanently deleted unless you have entered into an active engagement with ProductizeDesign, in which case we retain relevant information for the duration of our relationship.

You may request early deletion of your data at any time — see Section 7.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — you may request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to correction — you may request that inaccurate data be corrected
• Right to deletion — you may request that your data be permanently deleted from our systems
• Right to object — you may object to how we use your data at any time

Our AI Business Qualifier tool does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics scripts. The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary session cookies required for the Next.js framework to function — these contain no personal information and are deleted when you close your browser.

We use the following third-party services to operate our tool:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — powers the AI analysis engine. Company information you submit is processed by Anthropic's API to generate your report. Anthropic's data processing is governed by their privacy policy.
• Trigger.dev — manages the background task execution for running the AI analysis.
• Supabase — stores submitted lead data securely.
• Google Workspace — used to send your report email.

We only share the minimum information necessary with each provider to deliver our service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
